Background
Bryan focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, complex insurance coverage analysis, construction law, and the defense of medical liability claims. He represents companies and individuals in the areas of business torts, contract and warranty disputes, product liability, Lanham Act litigation, and in the defense of personal injury, property damage, and premises liability claims.
Bryan has successfully tried both jury and bench trials and has obtained favorable results for clients before the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and in North Carolina and Virginia federal and state trial courts. He also has experience representing clients in disciplinary proceedings before North Carolina administrative agencies and licensing boards.
Before attending law school, Bryan worked as a licensed private investigator associate in Greensboro, North Carolina.
