Background

Jeffrey Linder focuses his practice on employment and workers’ compensation litigation. He appears on behalf of employers in North Carolina State and Federal Courts and before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, Department of Labor and other State administrative agencies. Jeff seeks to provide the highest quality of client service to deliver the most satisfactory results in the most efficient manner available. His clients include ADP TotalSource, Atlas Van Lines, Compass Group, General Electric, Hospira, and Ryder, as well as specialty/regional insurers Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group, Transguard and Westfield Insurance Co. Jeff has a BV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Jeff joined the firm in 1995. In his spare time, Jeff is a passionate golfer, avid reader of historical novels and an enthusiastic Tar Heel sports fan. He and his wife, Kathleen, and their two sons live in Raleigh.
