Elinor M. Johnsey

Elie Johnsey joined Young Moore and Henderson as an associate in 2005 after receiving her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was a Dean's Scholar. Prior to law school she received degrees in History and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As a member of the firm's litigation team, Elie practices general litigation, with special emphasis in premises liability, insurance coverage and analysis, business litigation, and insurance defense.

Elie is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association, and Young Lawyers Division of the Wake County Bar Association. In addition to practicing law, Elie enjoys tennis, reading, golf and cheering on the Tar Heels.
