Adam G. Tarsitano
Adam Tarsitano joined Young Moore and Henderson as an associate in 2008. After
receiving his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 2002, Adam
practiced at a New York City defense litigation firm for three years. He
also spent one year as an analyst in AIG's Toxic Tort Division, where he supervised
and managed complex tort litigation nationwide at both the state and federal
level and managed general liability policies, both primary and excess,
with limits in excess of 50 million dollars. Prior to joining Young Moore
and Henderson, Adam was an associate at a Raleigh medical malpractice defense
firm.
While at St. John's, Adam was a research assistant to Professor Vincent DiLorenzo;
contributing to numerous law journal articles on topics including the Community
Reinvestment Act. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Renaldo Rivera
at the Supreme Court, Kings County. Before attending law school, Adam received
his undergraduate degree in English/Literature from Binghamton University.
Adam works with the firm's general litigation team representing clients in
the fields of insurance and coverage litigation, retail and premises liability,
and construction liability. He is admitted to practice in both New York and
North Carolina.
Adam is a proud husband and father. He is an avid basketball player and music
fan. |
