Our Attorneys
Young Moore and Henderson P.A. and its predecessor firms have been located in Raleigh, North Carolina and practicing law throughout the state of North Carolina for over eighty years. We have a broad-based practice which is heavily focused on litigation but which includes estate planning, business law, commercial real estate and lobbying. We advocate our clients' positions and interests before administrative agencies and governing boards, the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the North Carolina Insurance Commissioner, the North Carolina Legislature, state and federal judges and juries, and state and federal appellate courts. We believe that recruiting and hiring exceptional attorneys is essential to the firm's goal of providing excellent, cost-efficient services to its clients.
